Dutch DJ Tiesto seems to have become the latest victim of a celebrity death rumor. The rumors said that DJ Tiesto died in a car accident on Interstate 80 in California, State Highway Safety Investigators stated that DJ Tiesto lost control and flowed his vehicle many times killing him right away. This is apparently one of the hundreds of rumors loaded on the internet. The rumors were instantly proved false when Tiesto posted that he was indeed alive via Twitter. He tweeted on his personal Twitter account. "I don’t know where these stories came from, but I’m very much alive and well and looking forward to the rest of my tour," Tiesto said. DJ Tiesto is set to play London’s Victoria Park on July 30, with Pendulum set to support.
DJ Tiesto was born in Netherlands on January 17, 1969. The 41 old Dutch DJ's real name is Tijis Michiel Verwest.
