Ask for JUSTIN (Animal Advocate at PACC) or JOSE or the Rescue Tech and let them know you want to do a Special Needs Adoption and give them the number of the animal you are interested in.

$ 25.00 Cats and Kittens, The two for one special deal applies if the Special Needs Adopter wants more than one cat or kitten
$ 25.00 Puppies too young to be licensed. (Under 3 months of age)
$ 60.00 Unaltered dogs older then 3 months of age. Once the dog is altered, the adopter receives the difference between the unaltered and altered license fee ($45.00)
from the County by MAIL.
$15.00 Altered dogs old enough to be licensed.
Unaltered animals that have been deemed to have minor behavior issues or animals that exceed five years of age will not be altered at PACC.
The reason that we can’t allow dogs to leave the state until they are altered is because we are responsible by state laws to ensure all animals are altered that leave our shelter. Once they leave the state we have no ability to enforce that law.
