Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame legend Chuck Berry collapsed over his keyboard while playing at the Congress Theater in Chicago as part of his Winter Dance show.
Berry’s head lay on a keyboard. He's not moving for almost 20 minutes before he was helped off stage by 3 people right before 10:30pm.
Berry returned together with three Chicago musicians to resume the show, but Chuck Berry was immediately taken off again to be checked by paramedics who had been called to the scene.
