Daily Intake/Fitness - W1D4

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs
1/2 of a medium avocado (diced)

Snack:
1 string cheese
1 slice of fat free ham

Lunch:
1 cup of beef & vegetable stew

Snack
1 medium orange

Dinner:
2 homemade oatmeal cookies
1 cup of brewed lipton green tea

Water Intake:
3 bottles

Insanity: Cardio Core & Balance
5 sets of alternating

  • 20 crunches
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 bicep curls
  • 10 tricep dips
  • 10 lunges

Thoughts:
I should’ve eaten an actual dinner but I spent the last half of my day at the mall with my cousin and her best friend. Downside of those cookies were that they contain a high level of sugar, but the upside is that it’s oatmeal and raisins instead of a chocolate chip cookie. Everything I had consumed today had met my daily caloric needs, below even. And as for tomorrow, I’m crossing my fingers that I don’t go overboard again because every Friday I have hang outs at my place, and most of the time when alcohol is around I tend to give in too much, and of course excessive alcohol leads to cravings and mindlessly eating. If anything I will take a couple of shots and call it a night. We’ll see what happens.
