Just something I want everyone to know if they don’t already, or may have forgotten. If you notice that you’re not losing weight, start measuring yourself, you may be gaining muscle instead. :]
Don’t be discouraged about your weight loss, measure yourself through means of a tape measure or how your clothes fit. Some people get very discouraged if they notice they’re putting in a lot of effort and not seeing any results on the scale.
Also, only weigh yourself in the morning after you’ve gone to the bathroom, and you may or may not gain weight during or prior to your period if you’re a female… also if you eat a lot of salty foods you may be retaining a lot of water weight. So it’s always good to measure yourself too, along with weighing yourself. :D
