NEW DISCOVERIES:
1. canned chickpeas warmed up with chopped tomato drizzled with balsamic & olive oil as a side salad…yummm.
2. wonder wheat wholemeal english muffins with 100% spreadable fruit st dalfour raspberry jam (really low cal yesss!! and so tasty)
3. dark choc bits heated with raspberries & strawberries
Yes I had 2 desserts again. Oops. The dark choc bits are going to be too dangerous for me, too easy to just grab by the handful! Wholemeal english muffin, dalfour jam and chickpeas= WIN though
