On Mother’s Day, almost everyone has something to say & it revolves around love. Usually I don’t ask my mom to read what I write for obvious reasons. However, I’ll make sure she reads this one, cause this one’s exclusively for her.
I’m one of those kids who can never say to their parents I love you & thank you & all that kind of things. I’m supposed to talk about my mom, but I think both of my parents are equally important. Since Papa is dead, I hardly get to talk about him. And I also never follow rules, so you have to put up with this.
Well I do give credit to both my parents for raising me as they have. I used to be a brat, thanks to them. I still am, but a reformed one. Whatever I am today, it’s because of them.
My mom is still a child at heart & a very stubborn person. What I like best about her is the fact that animals fall head over heels in love with her. 2 of her dogs were being poisoned & to this day, she doesn’t allow me to keep a dog. But she was very much interested in the stray dogs & puppies I used to give food to (who were being murdered by DHA people). She used to make sure that I give them food on time, cause one is somehow more involved with the pets at home.
8 years ago, I was on my deathbed & somehow I survived. The way my mom was by side all the while besides my cats…that was indeed cool. Actually I became friends with my mom after that incident. Oh and that says a lot! I can’t elaborate any further. No I’m still not going to thank her, I never say thank you to God & my parents. I just can’t do that.
I know this is a very strange writing, but nevertheless I had to be honest. I just can’t paint things differently & pretend great by deceiving myself. And yes, I wouldn’t want any other mom. I know there is no one like her. There can’t be anyone like her, cause she is My mom. I often wonder what would I do without her & what would happen to me after her death & I’m so creepy that I’ve shared this thought with her.
