FRANCES FIRST TO BE KILLED DUE TO BEING KENNEL CRAZED -
Sweet girl goes in circles and does not stop in her kennel. It's very disturbing, but she goes in circle almost all the time.
In the play yard she continues in circles and then realizes she isn't caged anymore and then begins to mellow out a little.
Staff begging for rescue to pull.
She is Beautiful and NEEDS OUT NOW!!!

She was taken to an off site adoption event on the weekend and was a sweet girl...not the one that goes in circles in the shelter!
