6-year old girl was raped & killed in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. She went missing on October 31st & her body was discovered yesterday. There were no signs of physical violence on the body; the body has been sent for autopsy. Anyway, her father claims that she had been raped before she was murdered & he also knows the people who might have kidnapped her. But he doesn’t want to disclose their names. As usual an FIR hasn’t been registered. They are waiting for the autopsy report & then an FIR would be registered against the accused.
It’s very, very saddening. In fact, we don’t have words for this kind of grief. But we are surrounded by ghoulish creatures; we don’t live in Utopia. If you have kids, you have to be extra careful. How could parents allow 6-year old kids to roam around? Few months ago, a 3-year old child was gang-raped & killed by 2 policemen. They were arrested & everyone was pissed off, but that didn’t bring back the child.
The other day I saw on TV that a 3-year old boy was burnt by his uncles & his parents didn’t have money for treatment. 75 % of his body was burnt. Bad things happen, but having a child is a very big responsibility. I’m not laying the blame on anyone. I’m just saying that parents cannot afford to be careless. And if they can’t help being super careless, they should not produce kids.
Some people have no time for their kids & servants look after them. When they are sexually or physically abused by servants or uncles or grandfathers or aunties, everyone is shocked out of his wits. Many still prefer to stay in a state of denial. What the hell is this? If God has given you kids, at least look after them.
