Madhur Bhandarkar's ambitious project 'Heroine' just doesn't seem to get started. At first Kareena agreed to do the role. The movie is based on the life of Marilyn Monroe & so there are some bold & intimate scenes. Kareena Kapoor backed out of this project.
Now the role has been offered to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan by the production company. But she has made it clear that she won't do any steamy scenes; those scenes ought to be cut out if they want her in the movie.
Now we don't know if Madhur will change the script or will he look for some other heroine.
Marilyn was one sexy & sensitive woman. I hope they find someone who could do justice. I think Kareena was the right choice, but if she's no more in the movie, then what the hell is Madhur cooking? It can't be anything different than how we have already been tortured in the past. It's funny how they talk about steamy scenes rather than the plot or story line. Aishwarya is not a bad choice either. But I don't know if anyone else could do this role. Malaika Arora is the only sexy woman, but she cannot act. Mallika Sherwat can do the scenes, but can't act either.
