Elizabeth Taylor died at the age of 79

Legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor died Wednesday- March 23 at the age of 79 after being hospitalized for 2 months at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for symptoms related to congestive heart failure.

Many will miss her. Aside from being a legendary actress, she is also Michael Jackson's close friend. She also became one of the leading advocates for AIDS victims. She raised and donated millions to the cause, founding the American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) and The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation.
