Do it for yourself.

The problem with losing weight today, is that too many people do it for others. They do it to make someone envy them, they do it to get back at their ex for leaving them, they do it to make someone ELSE happy with THEIR appearance.

But see.. that’s the thing. Why change YOUR appearance for someone ELSE? This is your body, this is your life, this is YOUR health. Never change for anyone else. Change for yourself and for the better. 

You are a beautiful human being and your body deserves the best. Quit doing everything that is bad for yourself and start doing everything that is good for yourself.

Smoking? QUIT.

Drinking? You could do without it.

Binge eating? That only confuses your body.

Sometimes it’s hard though, I know it is. You listen to the voice in your head that says “stop….” “I can’t do this anymore.” Well, when it comes to taking care of yourself, and motivation? Listen to your heart.

Your heart knows that you can keep going, as long as it’s beating and strong. YOU CAN DO IT. Just do it for yourself.
