Here’s how to clear the Event Log for users of BlackBerry Storm:
1.First go to Options> Screen / Keyboard, in the “Portrait View Keyboard” change to “SureType”.
2.Still remain in Option> Screen / Keyboard, change one shortcut Convenience Key (Left / Right up to you) open one of the Convenience Key to the Virtual Keyboard.
3.Save all those settings and then return to the homescreen.
4.On the homescreen the screen, press either the Left / Right Convenience Key earlier you use as a shortcut to the Virtual Keyboard.
5.After the Virtual Keyboard in the form of SureType was open, click and hold!? 123 (bottom left button) and type, 5, 5 (five coma five coma), respectively.
6.After the Event Log appears, click the menu and select Clear Log to clear the Event Log on your BlackBerry Storm.
