I got my vitamins today but on the fish oil supplements it says to take 3 a day. Would I still get the affects of them if I just

Haha I haven’t had gummy vitamins in forever!!! Or gummies at all actually, now I want some gummy bears. :P

For the fish oil, I just have giant horsepills so I only need to take one; you can just take one I’m sure, it just won’t have the immediate results!  But one will still help significantly :)
