june 3: food log

at work. so i dont have the point values, add them in at home. but so far this is what i have had, and what i am planning for dinner.

bfast: kashi cereal, lactose free milk

snack: soy yogurt, water, water

lunch: calamari sandwich, mixed green salad, diet coke

snack: peach :)

dinner: protein shake, and an assortment of fruits/veggies. (make up for eating out at lunch)
