? Cut down on the junk food, chips, candy
? Replace soda with water, milk, fruit juice, fruit smoothies, tea
? Don’t eat too much fried food
? Drink at least 7 cups of water a day
? Replace sugary desserts with fruit
? Eat breakfast every morning (I wake up at noon all the time)
? Get enough sleep (I habitually sleep for 12 hours)
? Sleep early (I get to sleep at around 12:00/1:00/2:00am)
? If you’re full, don’t keep trying to eat no matter how attempting it looks
? Exercise in some way. (Doing this one, the Starters Exercise Plan)
? Don’t eat with your eyes; eat with your stomach. (Meaning, just because it looks good doesn’t mean you have room in your stomach for it.)
