After wearing a sapphire and diamond engagement ring late Princess Diana, the Duchess of Cambridge is now getting another one of William's mother's favorite jewelry.
Prince William has given him a pair of earrings favofit Diana, who also decorated with sapphires and diamonds.
Kate, 29 years, has given it a touch of style jewelry itself. "Now they are married. William wanted her to have some of her favorite items," according to sources at the Palace.
William said he proposed to her with a ring of 19 karat belonging to Diana, so her mother could be part of the wedding ceremony.
Duchess of Cambridge was wearing earrings for the first time while watching Andy Murray from the Royal Box at Wimbledon last month and also wear it during the couple's official visit to Canada and the United States.
The earrings were considered one of the most precious jewels Diana and Diana looked at dozens of events to wear during the 1980s and 1990s.
