
3rd Day of SUPER MOTIVATION MONTH!
Ran 2 miles in 21 minutes, went about 2.5 with warm up and cool down.
TODAY WAS HARDER. I did butt pilates last night when I got home from work, so when I woke up for my run today my butt and hamstrings were like HI THIS HURTS WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS
And I was like, FUCK YOU BUTT MUSCLE STUFF, CARRY ME.
So I’m sure it will hurt all day to sit or stand or walk or do anything. But I’m happy. I like being sore most of the time. It’s a good addiction.
I may do some more work outs this evening when I’m done running errands, but this is the main thing I wanted to do.
