I only ate once, but I had a few friends over to the house and we drank rum and cokes so that kinda was what made my day a kinda-bust on the calorie intake.

- 22.5 oz Coke (this is an estimate cause I just kept topping off my drink so it wouldnt taste strong) -270 calories

Exercise
I worked from 5 til 8, so I was pretty much just walking around and standing for 3 hours, although when I logged the walking in MyFitnessPal I told it I only walked for 1 hr because I like to underestimate my calories lost, that way It will motivate me to do a lil more exercise :)
