day 11

Today I did go over my calorie count but I am still counting this as a win day. This morning I had an egg white omelette with sourdough toast and coffee. Lunch was sauteed vegetables with chicken and dinner was tri tip with a salad. I indulged and got a small hot chocolate. So when I read this in retrospect it was a healthy eating day but just too much of it. This is a way better ‘cheat’ day than last sunday which consisted of candy and cake. I also still worked out but I just wasn’t feeling my running so I did elliptical for 1 hour and then ran for 10 minutes; today was skip weight training and I am sore in my core. Just checking in here for the day, its my accountability and I will reach my goal for sure if these are my “cheat” days lol. 

Side note, I was doing some clothing shopping because I have no tops and was thinking man how long is it going to take before I can can shop the size that I once was? Then I remembered as much as I worked hard to be that fit once, I did the complete opposite to have to kick my butt into gear now. Even though it has only been 11 days since having a rounded exercise, eating, strength training I feel so much more different and know that I am going to keep this up for life.
