Spaghetti Squash attempt #2

Ok, so in the past I had a bad experience with Spaghetti squash, for some reason all I could focus on was how stringy and crunchy it was, no me guste. BUT, I gave it another shot, mainly because my mom bought one at the store and I couldn’t just let a giant ass squash sit in the fridge forever. So this time I baked it, then sauteed it with some onion,tomato, broccoli, and zucchini, it was so much better. Using it as a side instead of a whole pasta dish definitely helped. That being said, today is a rest day, an uber lazy, I-do-absolutely-nothing-rest day. I’ll compensate with a morning run tomorrow so no worries. For the rest of the night: creep on ratemyprofessor.com to decide which classes to take, watch The Voice online and stare at Adam Levine the whole time, and try and find new recipes for food to try out.
