Today’s run was short, since I knew that I had a group class later, and I didnt want to be worn out for it. 

Distance: 1.61 km.
Pace: 5:50/km.
Time: 9:23.

After my run I walked for about 20 minutes then headed over to my group class.

Today’s class was called Body Sculpt and we used weights, kettlebell, step, and an exercise ball.  So tough, lots of squats. LOTS of squats. 100 in a row! Lots of arm work too. I enjoy it, but I hate when my classes have a lot of push ups in the routines because I can’t do them (arthritis). So I end up just doing planks while the rest of the class does push ups, and then my abs hate me the next day. 

Hopefully I’m not too sore tomorrow and I can get in a decent run tomorrow afternoon. I’m going to shoot for 6 km.
