Summer Bod

I go through phases. Feeling fit and feeling fat. Usually they alternate every 2-3 weeks. But I really just want to stay in the former phase and hold on it to it for a long time. Years. The problem is that I get down when I see that I’m not where I want to be.

Vicious cycle.

“I look fat, I feel fat, I’m gonna eat some pasta and skip the gym.” Repeat.

Anyway, right now I am going through the bad phase and I need to snap out of it. I need motivation, STAT. Anything will help.
