Introductory Things.

This blog will serve as a medium to ensure that I hold myself accountable. 

I am training to beat my current half marathon time. I am also training to excel at a full marathon, run an ultra, and generally be the hot girl with a sports bra on at the park. 

My Goals: 

  • Run a half marathon in 2:30:00
  • Run a full marathon in under 5:00:00
  • Finish an ultra
  • Achieve a healthy level of muscle definition
  • Lower my body fat percentage

The Game Plan:

  • Blog daily to ensure accountability
  • Run 4 days a week
  • Participate in more races
  • Eat right
  • Be the best version of me I can be

I am also using www.fitocracy.com to log my workouts, and the Lose It and Runmeter apps on my iPhone to track my calorie intake and runs.
