Singer Geneva Cruz has been chosen to be the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity in the Philippines of 2011 as announced by PETA. Geneva Cruz bested Delara's Vocalist and TV personality Lougee Basabas for the title. It is based on results of voting conducted online which lasted for a month by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and it's all about encouraging people to stop eating meat and advocating people to go vegan for a healthier and environment friendly lifestyle.
Other Popular Celebrity participants were Yasmien Kurdi, Juliana Palermo, Chin-Chin Gutierrez, Alicia Mayer, Raymond Bagatsing and international stars Natalie Portman, Hayden Panettiere, Tobey Maguire, Russell Brand, and Leona Lewis.
