Iman, the founder and CEO of Iman Cosmetics attended the BET Honors 2011 with her daughter Zulekha Haywood. Iman received a service award for her charitable contributions. Iman began her career in 1975 as a model and has challenged the fashionable notions of beauty ever since. She launched Iman Cosmetics in 1994. The company offers make-up, skincare products for women of color and beauty tips for all skin types whether your black, african american, or asian like me.
