Just tried out some of the basic Zumba moves. Some of these are difficult for me. (Most of them actually.) But I think it could be fun to throw Zumba into my options once in awhile.

I feel a bit silly though, because I set my computer up on the dryer to watch them, out in the hallway. I didn’t want my boyfriend to hear the computer and wake up and find me attempting to dance. xD

I think I usually feel more motivated to work out at night, and I’m not sure if that’s the best time for my body. But when I get up, especially for work, I feel so …ugh. That’s the only way to explain it. But at night when I’m trying to fall asleep, Thoughts keep racing through my head about exercise and how I should just get up and dance or work out or something.
