So, it is true. I fell off the P90x wagon for a few days. I am not going to get into the reasons/excuses. Because that is just what they are: excuses. The important thing is that today I started right back up where I was at. More updates to come as I get back on track with my program/s.
Although, small update. I am going to start running too. Instead of the cardio DVD I will do a longer run on those days, and meanwhile run two other times during the week. I was following the C25k program awhile back, and I think that I am going to pick up on that again. =D I just really miss the rush I get after a run, “runner’s high”. I love the strength training that P90x is offering me, but I feel like I need to be running too!
