Adopt Some Healthy Habits

  • Don’t eat out of boredom, go for a jog instead!
  • Shop for food on a full stomach
  • When you feel stressed or full of energy, go for a walk.
  • Instead of celebrating by going out to eat, treat yourself to some shopping.
  • Declare a vending machine-free day at least once a week and bring two pieces of fruit as snacks.
