Running in May (and in April bellow):

12 times equals 115.6km, 689.6mins, and averaged 10.1km/h, 5:58mins/km

The cycle of running was the very same as in April. After staring to run by 3 times in a week, I could be feeling both physical and mental condition were so fine. Body weight and % of fat were also stable. The problem, especially going forward, is how to overcome Japan’s tough summer condition. In addition, it’s just begun the rainy season and become difficult to get the opportunity itself. My personal target in this summer is to maintain or increase the current monthly running distance with much slower pace than spring, and eventually to get stamina and strong legs. With taking care of the health of mine, I have to struggle to achieve the target.
