Day 1 - food and exercise diary

Breakfast: Special K cereal with 2% milk - 170 calories

Lunch: Tyson - Anytizers - Buffalo Style Hot Wings - 293 calories

Dinner: A sandwich with 2 slices white bread, cream cheese, honey, a banana, and a little bit of raisins - 385 calories

Snacks - Nature Valley - Sweet and Salty Nut Granola Bar - Peanut - 170 calories

Mango - 107 calories

Total calories - 1,125

Exercise - walked about 1/2 a mile. & did this workout
