Got my quarterly no-baby shot today. They have to take my vitals. My blood pressure is high. When I weigh a decent amount my BP is fucking excellent. Even at times I’ve felt like I was “fat,” my BP was always, always really good. Lower than 120/80. Not dangerously so, or anything, but it was nice and low. Today, really high. I have to come back once a week to have my BP monitored for 3 weeks.
This is completely my fault and I’m fucking furious with myself. Fuck.
