I had my portion of proteins/dairy (alot of yoghurt today)
I had my portion of carbs (4 slices bread, oatmeal)
I had my portion of fruit (apple, peach, grapes)
And thats usually what I eat after work outs lol! I usually eat some fat free yoghurt or quark with weetabix and some honey. I wanted to do that too tonight but I already had like 4 bowls of yoghurt today xD Hmm…
Who knows a good filling snack for tonight? :)
