Breakfast - Oats with pear and raw sugar
Lunch - Scrambled eggs on rye bread with ham and cheese
Snacks - 3 Chocolate and a handful of bullets
Dinner - Laksa Chicken soup with Coconut flavour Carnation
Desert - Fruit dipped in chocolate
Snack - 4 Cheese and ham biscuits
- I always seem to slip up in the evening I just hover up cheese and chocolate! Need to work out how to control my cravings… maybe I should have porridge for desert it fills me up!
