KISS ‘hot’ between Rihanna and Britney Spears Billboard Music Award in the event some time ago, is considered inappropriate for primetime television broadcasts by the Parents Television Council (PTC).

”What happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas, as the saying goes. This performance clearly has no place at 8 pm, at the publicly owned broadcast airwaves,”said PTC president Tim Winter said in a statement containing the anger, as quoted aceshowbiz.com site.
”I can not imagine what might encourage the ABC television network to air an S & M sex shows that are not obscene in primetime television. Sexual appearance openly by Rihanna and Britney Spears is not a coincidence or accident but a deliberate effort to target adolescents with images and lyrics that glorify whips, chains, and other sexual fantasies.”
