Healthy people come in every size. There are plenty of fat people who are active and “in shape,” and plenty of skinny folks who are thin but unhealthy. In this case, it’s what’s inside that truly counts.

Damaged hair is damaged and shampoo can’t repair it. I have horribly damaged hair from overprocessing (I love my bleach!) and shampoo can’t save that. Shampoos and conditioners just mask the ends which makes them look less damaged. If you want to save your hair, you have to cut off the dead ends. Go check in with your hairdresser!
