Top Rank Promotions chairman Bob Arum said that Mayweather has failed to meet the Friday night deadline Saturday here in Manila whether he would accept the terms of a deal for the biggest boxing fight of the decade on Nov. 13 fight with Boxing Superstar Manny Pacquiao.

He thinks that Mayweather is a boring fighter. But Pacquiao revoked his statement by saying that the fight between Pretty Boy Floyd and Sugar Shane will still be a treat for fight fans. I think Mayweather vs. Mosley will be a good fight," he added. Manny Pacquiao is going to take a break from his rapid election campaign in Sarangani province to analyze this Sunday’s welterweight duel between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Shane Mosley.
