
Brian Vickers Hospitalized- NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race driver is not going to compete in the Dover International Speedway this weekend. He was hospitalized - Wednesday because of some undisclosed medical reasons. He has been replaced by Casey Mears. Casey Mears will be racing in No. 83 Toyota while Johnny Sauter will be replacing Mears’ position at No. 36.
Reports claimed that Brian Vickers is supposed to visit Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. on Thursday.
Brian Vickers has 219 career starts with two wins. One is with Hendrick Motorsports at Talladega in 2006 and one with Red Bull at Michigan last August. He's been with Red Bull for four seasons. Last year he was in the Chase for The Sprint Cup. He is really a great asset for the Team.
