if i could do this, i’d be one happy camper! but i...

Haven’t been eating so great the last two days but today I’ve been making up for it by drinking tons of water and eating alot healthier, and tonight I’m going to work out since I haven’t done it in two days also and my body feels sluggish. Its so weird how your body can get used to working out everyday and when you stop, your body feels completely different…maybe its just me. Even though I haven’t eaten my healthiest the last few days, its time for me to get back on track. I might do some mini workouts tonight since I’m feeling extra motivated :)
