Since it’s Sunday, I’m going to start now whlie it’s the first of the week. I did my first weigh in this morning: 129.0lbs exact. By next Monday I WILL BE closer to my GW1: 126lbs.

I didn’t weigh in because I don’t have a scale this weekend. I didn’t keep track of my calories, but I ate healthy. I didn’t work out, but I’m happy with the fact that I’ve ate healthy for a whole three days..that usually never happens. I’m going to work out in a bit. I know there’s very few people actually reading this, but everyone reading this helps me stay motivated. And that’s the only reason I decided to put this on tumblr. Thank you (:

breakfast recipe!
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- peanut buter
- 1 apple (any flavor)
- cinnamon
- Greek Yogurt (I didn’t have Greek Yogurt this time but usually I do)
Spread peanut butter (usually about 1 tbsp.) on wrap. Slice the apple into a bout 8 slices. If it’s not a small apple, I usually only use 5 or 6 slices. Cover with a little bit of cinnamon. Microwave for 45 seconds. Serve with yogurt.
