Breakfast- Kashi cereal with almond milk and blueberries; Morningstar Farm “bacon”; coffee
-I have tried SO many different Kashi cereals but I really do love the Kashi! Go Lean
(I think it’s the original Go Lean! cereal). It’s not too sweet, and it’s low(er) in
calories. I don’t like very sweet cereals because my almond milk is vanilla flavored.
Lunch- Quesadilla (whole wheat tortilla, reduced fat Mexican blend cheese, and Morningstar Farm “chicken” strips, with guacamole and salsa on the side); Melba toast crackers (so I could use up the rest of the salsa…lol)
Dinner- Veggie fried rice (recipe can be found here; it’s freaking GOOD)
Snacks- Fiber One bar; some (about 5) of my coworker’s onion rings - I am happy because I enjoyed them and I’m not beating myself up over it…they were yummy
Exercise- ZUMBA
Also I’ve had 48 oz of water today- just need 16 more oz before bed!
