Here is a look at the wonders of Photoshop and post editing. Post editing and hours of detail work on Photoshop makes celebrities look so different from the reality. Photoshop and other softwares of the sort are not loved by people worldwide just like that...they make them look GOOD a thousand times more than the reality.
I volunteered my own picture. Yep, thats me! I’m 5’3” and average weight. I work out regularly but I’m built thicker than some girls, its more of an effort to lose weight. This isn’t the thinnest I’ve been- but the thinnest I’ve been involved going to the gym everyday sometimes twice a day… I dont have time for that right now.
Aaaaanyways, I photoshopped my picture to show what media does. I’d love to look like the girl on the right. I know if I got back to my regular work out, I could possibly get close… but I definately CANNOT grow 3-4 inches. ( I made my self taller )
I hope that most of you realize that 99% of the pictures out there of our “fitness idols” are doctored in some way… Yes, they do look fabulous even in person. Like Megan Fox, Pink, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, etc. But even their pictures get doctored a little even when it isnt needed. No one is good enough for the media I guess…
I hope this helps some who obsess over trying to get their body model perfect… just work out, be healthy and more importantly… love yourself!
