Maraming ayaw kumain ng ampalaya dahil mapait daw.

As of today/tomorrow/right now I am officially going back to counting calories, and working my ass off.

I WILL SETTLE FOR NOTHING LESS THAN PROGRESS.

I WANT TO SEE WEIGHT LOSS EVERY DAMN WEEK.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

THERE WILL BE NO STOPPING.

^^^^ That is the face I intend to recall every time I want to stop.

Seven things I’m changing as of tomorrow:

1. No more, and no less than 1200 calories per day

2. At least two different kinds of fruits or veggies every day

3. 2 Liters of water every day

4. 30DS in the morning, my personalized routine in the evening

5. Running a mile 4x a week minimum

6. Cheese and soda of any kind is only allowed once a week, if at all

7. I will cook for my boyfriend, whatever he wants, but that doesn’t mean I will eat it

8. NO bread except for thinwiches

Alright body, let’s do this thing. I’ve spent too long putting this off and half-assing it. I need to get back to the motivation and dedication I had before finals took over my life. I need to get back to losing at least one pound a week. I NEED TO BE 130 BY MY TRIP. This is no joke — I am serious about it and I need to stop letting laziness get in the way of health and fitness.

Day 3 - 30 Day Shred

Well, well. My endurance has certainly improved over the past few days. I’m starting to fly through this workout. However, the static lunges are killing my leg muscles.

It is also getting a lot easier to handle the five pound weights (I’m used to the 2 pound weights).

I walked to and from school and the calorie calculator said that burns 309 calories.

I ate:

hummus, pita, and veggies (very small portions) ~ 179 calories (said so on the package - got it at school)

blueberries, grapes, fudge Popsicle, watermelon

diet pepsi

dinner: tabouli salad w/ quinoa and 2 cups of shrimp

Quinoa Tabouli

-parsley

-green onion

-tomatoes (finely chopped)

-quinoa

-extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic

Until tomorrow!!
