A free, nationally available program can significantly improve a family’s ability to cope with an ill relative’s mental disorder, according to an NIMH-funded study published June 2011 in Psychiatric Services, a journal of the American Psychiatric Association.



Make yourself unstoppable. 

Ran 3 miles. Walked 2. Jumped rope for 25 minutes.

It burned. Like, oh my lord, did it burn. Haha, but it was good fun. 

No practice until Saturday or maybe Friday. :(

Just came home from grocery shopping. Healthy food, yay!

I tried on some clothes and I thought I was very much off because of being off for so many days but I am not that far off. Starting today I should be able to fit in the clothes by the time of my beach trip. I am very excited and very excited to finish up this 9 day gazillion hour work week. I will finally have a day off on friday. This will allow me to really focus on my health and wellness. Good news I brought my lunch today. one step is a step regardles…
