Do You Find Your Mother Irritating?

I think many people may relate to this one. There are so many of us who may love our mothers dearly but also find her extremely irritating. Well, if we are honest enough with ourselves we will also note where were are wrong and if were giving her enough space. You should know how to deal with this situation.

Here are just a few tips on how one can be less irritable with his or her mother.

- If you have any unresolved issues from the past in your heart then you should learn to forgive her to improve your relationship. If not improvise, it would at least make you feel less irritated.

- Grow up yourself. Children must learn to grow up with time. You can't act like a child in front of your parents because this will not help you. Children must grow up and act like adults to handle their moms well.

- Don't focus on what you don't like about her rather focus on why you should love and respect her. Gratitude is important. Whether you become a mother yourself or not, you must appreciate your own mother for all that she has done for you and your upbringing.

- You often get irritated by people who are very much like you. Chances are if you find your mother irritable then you are very much like her. Learn more about yourself and change yourself first. But if she is different from you, then try to understand her more.

- The most important thing to do is to find about your mother's childhood and background. How were her parents? How did she live in her younger days? Understanding why she behaves the way she does is the first step towards accepting her better.

Well, this is quite important for everyone who has a mother and who finds her irritable. I agree you must be smart enough to know and understand your parents well to deal with them rather than get irritated. Act like an adult rather than feel irritable!

So, this is life!

Lately I have written a bit about beautiful people. However, there are some people who aren’t much to look at, but they have beautiful hearts. Inner beauty matters far more than how one looks. Besides meeting assholes & bitches, we also meet genuinely nice folks. Anyhow, life is unfair to almost everyone or so we have heard. Despite all the odds, life is worth all the trouble.

I made this reply after reading my sister’s comment:

In a way I do feel sorry for Elizabeth Taylor. I’ve always seen her with her toy dog…even in interviews, she brings one of them with her. It’s evident that something is so not right. Celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor & Michael Jackson didn’t have any childhood. Their parents made them to work when they were supposed to enjoy life in its purest form. She started working at the age of 5…this is the height of cruelty.

Marilyn’s association with the Kennedy family is mainly the reason of her death. She was about to write her memoirs & then suddenly she committed suicide. That is absurd. She was so young at the time of her death. I once read that she was also raped when she was 17. What kind of life is this? Then men used her all along. She was always depressed. She craved for love & babies. She never even had one baby. This is all very unfair. She was a loving person. She used to give food to stray cats. She was extremely sensitive & so she had to pay such a high price.

Naturally one goes further than this. You can’t help thinking that there are people who crave to have babies & yet they don’t have one. On the contrary, there are kids who are being used by the parents in the film industry & even else where. There are children whose parents don’t have time for them, so they keep maids to look after those little children.

After Michael Jackson’s death, I read on a couple of sites that now kids are safe. The charges against him were proved wrong in the court of justice & yet we have illiterates who go around even after somebody’s death saying things they probably do not even understand.

At the same time, we have annoying people who think that what they think is 100 % right & that’s the only path, cause that’s the right one. Which is why everyone should follow them. They are the ones who’d tell you that Marilyn was characterless & she got what she deserved, because such women end up like this. A couple of years ago, somebody’s ex boyfriend threw acid on her face. She was some unknown Pakistani actress. Unfortunately I can’t recall her name. When I narrated this story, girls were of the view kay theek hee hua. How can one be so ruthless? And what is the justification for being barbaric? I don’t see one justification for being hideously abnormal & barbaric.

Of course one can go on forever but that wouldn’t change anything.
