More exercise rambling

I’ve lost five of them back since then. :)





Woke up early and forgot to eat again. As soon as I realized, I had to rush out the door and went hungry until lunch, by then I was famished and ended up eating my whole days worth of protein and fruits.

By the time dinner time rolled around I was quite hungry and ended up taking 15 drops to help myself and finished the day with 5 cups of tea [without sugar or honey].

I really hope my messed up eating schedule hasn’t hindered my constant weight loss.

Strawberry smoothies!!

I rode a stationary bike for 30 minutes, did 58 squats, and 58 sit ups.

Drank a TON of water.

And cut back on unhealthy snacks.

I have some bad mood venting stuff I should probably get off my chest, but right now I’m just in an awesome mood from doing some AbRipperX.
What I really love about exercising, whether it’s ab workouts or cardio, is that afterwards, I feel like a million bucks. I was depressed and lethargic and stressed before my workout, but right now I have the biggest adrenaline rush and am so ready to get some stuff accomplished (…at 4AM lol).
I have to remember that any time I’m feeling down, exercise is a surefire way to lift my spirits and get me going again!
Also, I can totally feel some abs forming, both in the sense that my tummy is getting harder, and that AbRipper was a LOT easier today and seemed to go by super fast. Yay!
