I really don’t get how people drink eight cups of water a day. I usually only drink one eight fl oz a day. And apparently its better to eat five small meals a day, rather then three big meals a day.
my tactics are as followed.
have a normal brew at breakfast as opposed to the usual green tea.
listen to my “sleepy time” playlist all day as to chillax myself.
eat some dark chocolate at lunch. (even if it is the devil and makes me wince)
just before i go shot some vodka to steady the nerves.
then hopefully it’ll be low enough for me to be “normal” and not have to have a pissing heart monitor put on.
i should not be having these issues at 17.

The reasons why asparagus keeps us healthy are many. Let’s begin by saying that it has 288 mg of potassium per cup. It also contains 3 g of fiber which helps with cleansing the digestive system. It has no sodium, so no bloating during PMS. No fat or cholesterol, and only 40 calories per cup!
According to a clinical dietician at UCLA Medical Center, asparagus in the ultimate in detox vegetables. Asparagus is rich in potassium, vitamin A, vitamin K, and folate. Vitamin K is involved in bone formation and repair, this prevents osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. The folate helps reduce inflammation and reduces the risk for cardiovascular disease. Asparagus is also very high in glutathione-an amino acid with potent antioxidant properties; a must as an anti-aging deterrent. Glutathione is an antioxidant that protects cells from toxins such as free radicals-free radicals cause cancer.
Asparagus is considered to be a psycho-physiological aphrodisiac because of it shape. It is said to trigger the mind to have a physiological response. Funny but, did you know that the french word for asparagus is “asperge”? Asperge is a slang word for penis.Last but not least, asparagus can help prevent and treat urinary tract infections and kidney stones.
In order to get the most health benefits, it is suggested that asparagus be eaten raw. Here is what I have found useful: If you are the kind of person who eats extra snacks because you are bored, replace the snack with asparagus. You’ll see how the craving goes away!
