What Is the Remedy for Puffy Eyes?

I fucking love carrots. Seriously.

I had a problem with comfort eating. I ate when I was happy, sad, stressed… you name an emotion or situation and I ate. I’ve managed to pretty much completely stop that bad habit, but for times when I absolutely must eat to feel better… I grab a full sized carrot.

Good carrots are sweet, crunchy and filling. They provide you with tons of vitamins and nutrients, plus they are considered a “negative calorie” food. One carrot satisfies that need to bite the hell out of something and fills my stomach.

Eat more carrots.

Video blog regarding my weightloss journey :)

Gonna stay home tomorrow and work out instead of walking to the gym.

My legs are feeling awful sore, and my ankles are a little swollen for some reason - probably the excessive walking and stuff… And I’m feeling super gross now, so I can only imagine how I’ll feel when I wake up. :(

14 miles in 4 days is a lot for me.

Goodnight everybody. :)

I won’t lie to you guys.
I feel like I’m starting over on this journey.
You probably have guessed that this last week was horrible for it,
and I haven’t gotten back on the scale since, but I feel like it’s gone back.

Either way. It’s new me, a new state of mind and new strength.
The twenty year old me is going to be what the teenage me always wanted.
I told you guys I would do this, and I will.
One step at a time. And it started today again at the gym.
