Arize - Ingredient And Advantages Of The Product:

A costumer must usually possess the mentality of evaluating the product first before quickly purchasing it. The very best method to do this is to study online and understand all of the information concerning the product. Essentially, the comprehensive explanation introduced through the manufacturer regarding their product is not sufficient so it’s also perfect to gain information by going to other retailing websites also as weblog websites. With this, you’ll be able to augment your information concerning the product you’d prefer to purchase and this could assist you to create a wise purchasing choice. So when you have any interest…

Let me just remark upon the oddity that is arm and hand sweat.

Like, what the fuck.

I was doing Insanity as usual when I noticed that my arms were glistening. I swiped a shaking hand across my right arm and noticed I’d been sweating on my hands and arms.

Uh, gross.

Not only was my face covered in the stuff (that’s what she said, by the way), but my hands and arms, too? I think this is super-scientific proof that Insanity works. One day I will meet Shaun effing T and tell him that all his workouts made my hands and arms sweat and that this had never happened before and dear God, does he know how sexy he is?

Anywho, I’ve discovered this new joke of a tv show called Jerseylicious. If you don’t know about it, all you need to know is that it features a bunch of Jersey hairstylists/makeup artists who dress like carbon copies of Snooki and specialize in the art of loud and trashy confrontation; they are also masters of the ‘smokey eye,’ which is really just a fancy way of saying ‘overzealous application of black eye shadow .’ It’s a good time, mostly just because these women (sometimes men) dress so… er, exotically

I mean that in the best way, I really do.

Weird symptoms, explained - Healthy Living on Shine

Symptoms of Nasal polyps. A common cause for nasal block. http://bit.ly/dD46eL health nasalpolyp

Difference between wanting and needing:

I’m dirsty:

  • I NEED water.
  • I WANT diet coke.

I feel a little bit weak:

  • I NEED sugar as in fruits.
  • I WANT sugar as in chocolate.

I’m hungry:

  • I NEED food.
  • I WANT junk food.

I’m not that hungry:

  • I NEED to wait for dinner.
  • I WANT to go for a snak like some chips or something.

I’m bored:

  • I NEED to work out, take a walk, etc.
  • I WANT to stay in my couch and watch TV.

Always remember:

“NOT EVERYTHING YOU WANT IS WHAT YOU NEED AND NOT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WHAT YOU WANT

So as you can see from my last post (the picture of the grocery cart), I’m still making an effort to eat healthy. Luckily for me, I have an amazing grandmother who’s house I stay at all the time, and she’s been so great at helping me eat healthy. She took me grocery shopping with her and let me get whatever I wanted to continue on this healthy journey. Of course the whole cart wasn’t mine, but having so many options is making it a bit easier mentally.

I’ll be honest, I DID have a plate of rice for lunch this afternoon, but I was starving and there was nothing to eat. But after we went grocery shopping I made a salad and grilled chicken for dinner. Not the most satisfying dinner, but still good. Even though all this healthy eating is making me hungry like all the time, I think with time my body will adjust to the new portions and content that I’m eating and I won’t feel so hungry.

All in all I did pretty well today! I avoided buying sodas, ice cream, chocolate, candy, white bread, pasta, cookies (except for 1 box which I’ll have every once in a while as like a reward or something), high-sugar cereal, and basically anything else I would’ve jumped at before.

I know chicken is good to eat, but what else is healthy for big meals? I don’t like fish (I know, that really limits things), and if anyone could give me more food ideas as opposed to saying like protein, calcium, etc. (cause I don’t know what has that), I’d really appreciate it! Thoughts?

My skin is always something I’ve been complimented on. (And I want to be a Dermatologist). SO, here’s what I use. It’s all God’s tools, so I take no credit. I get an aloe vera leaf from a plant and trim the top off. Then I extract the clear goo on the inside and place it into a bowl. Then I refridgerate it and apply it to my skin every night before bed. I also use apricot oil two to three times a week on my skin. Even my face.

"AIDS is transmitted by semen. Until further notice, don’t swallow semen and don’t engage..."

Couldn’t do Insanity again today. The friend who supplies my Insanity fix is off celebrating her mom’s birthday, which is okay, totally and completely okay. I’m not addicted or anything. You’d be a half-brained chipmunk with limited mental faculties to think that.

Fine. I’m kind of addicted.

It’s the sweating. I’m convinced it’s the sweating; you watch the Insanity stuff and you see all these people behind Shaun effing T just drenched and you suddenly become more envious of that than their rock hard bodies. Sweat suddenly becomes your meter for gauging how well you’re working out. If I don’t sweat enough, I honestly feel like I didn’t do my best, which motivates me to move harder the next day.

Anyway, since I couldn’t work out at all, I’ve been having a ‘blah’ kind of day. I know I could go for a run or something, but my neighborhood’s filled with other runners, plus what I like to call “Active Yard Cleaner Uppers.” These are people who constantly work on their front lawns to make sure it meets specifications only they care about. It’s not just about the yard, though. Oh no. It’s also about watching other neighbors on the sly, from the corner of their eye.

I just rhymed.

So, yeah. I feel awkward running in my neighborhood. I’m planning on doing some yoga later to make up for it.

It has come to my attention that what seems to be “common knowledge” isn’t so common after all. Especially when it comes to health and nutrition. With all the media garble telling us what to do, what to eat, and what to purchase, it’s hard to desipher the which eating habits are good or bad. Should I not eat carbs? Should I exercise every single day? Will this Bun Burner 300 really make my ass look good in only a month? Most of it is the media trying to convince you, the consumer, to do this and that so they can make money. That’s the hard truth. Sure, that granola bar sure looks tasty and nutritious, and the box even says “Low Fat”! But take a look at the nutrition label, and the facts are all there. Most everything is shoved with hidden gobs of sugar, chemicals, and all sorts terribly horrid things for your body. But didn’t that label say “Low Fat”? Doesnt that mean it’s good for me? You be the judge.

I didn’t always see things this way. I use to be “normal”. I use to never look at a food label except to look at the calories. I use to think I was eating healthy for many years, when really, I wasn’t looking at the big picture. After all this so-thought eating healthy, yet still feeling like it wasn’t working, I asked myself “what is it I’m doing wrong”. And after many tiny discoveries over the months, it hit me- I didn’t know what exactly I was putting into my mouth, and ultimately, my body. After researching, reading, and marching through grocery stores staring at food labels, I felt empowered knowing what I was eating, and what exactly my body needs to carry me on.

That is why I am here, now, to set the facts straight. After all I’ve learned, I feel everybody should know what they need to find happiness within themselves. Everybody deserves to be happy with themselves; every day, morning, noon, and night. Your body is your shell, your home, the one thing that will stick with you- but you have to love it and take care of it for it to do the same.

Hooping; both fun & a good workout.

AIDS is transmitted by semen. Until further notice, don’t swallow semen and don’t engage in anal or oral sex without condom. I have lots of fun with the other options and you can too.

Day 10: Cardio Recovery

It was a busy day today. I had the pleasure of shooting an event with ISA and McAfee this morning and after that, i treated myself to some retail therapy and dinner with two of my very close friends.

I was on my feet for the whole day so I made sure i had a nice breakfast to give me the energy that i’d need. Although my lunch wasn’t that great, dinner definitely made up for it.

Even though i was tired, i still needed to get my mini workout out of the way. Luckily today was only recovery so it wasn’t anything to crazy. I still sweat like a pig though and i’m surprised im not yet knocked out.

i’m a little energized for 122am. i’m actually hungry again but i think i’l l just go to sleep. tomorrow will be another busy day.
