Macedonian stray dogs : once again we must take action to stop the massacre!

We are shocked from the violence and killing of animals that happen on daily basis in Macedonia, mainly in Skopje, in the holding facility Vardarishte.

We are shocked from the cruelty of your institutions, which are paid to deal humanely with the problem, to engage and to conduct the CNR program, the only successful program in the world as it is appropriate for one normal and civilized country.

But instead, dogs are persistently killed, neutered dogs are been caught and never released, there is no justification.

The whole world already knows the stories about the concentration camp Vardarishte, the whole world knows that the dog catchers, until recently, were hunters and delinquents. That they used to kill dogs on the streets, with guns and received a financial reward. They now do the same, hidden in the rooms of Vardarishte.

We know and we have seen that the animals there have no living conditions, we have seen that official statistic data indicate 60% dog killing, but the real bloody number is hidden.

We know and we have seen that veterinarians are engaged to kill, not to sterilize - your people are not blind and you cannot deceive!

Mayor of Skopje has proved himself like nobody before, cruel, brutal, blind to the sufferings of animals, deaf to the calls of its citizens.

You cannot fool us, nor the Macedonian population that he is not behind the killings, because he is the one who hired new dog catchers and killers, forbad volunteers, taking pictures in Vardarishte.

Let’s not lie to each other, we know it all.

We are urgently asking for this to be stopped and the holding facility of death to be closed, because it is a bloody stain on your city, your country, your face!

You cannot hide the truth - it is everywhere, and here we are, the activists for the animal rights, to testify in order not to be forgotten!

We ask from the veterinary authorities to react and close the rests of fear, despair, diseases and death.

You do not have justification be silent!

A very complicated story?

Is the Sialkot tragedy really a very complicated story or are the facts being hidden from the common citizen?

The latest report says that all police officials involved in the Sialkot incident have strong links with PML-N government. And this fact has been uncovered by the investigation, which still continues. Almost every officer who is involved has no fear of high-ups as they have either direct or indirect affiliation with PML-N parliamentarians.

Zulfiqar Ahmed Cheema (DIG at that time) is the younger brother of Justice Iftikar Cheema, the current PML-N MNA from that area. Waqar Chohan (DPO) is also from an influential family. Rana Ilyas (SHO) has strong ties with the local PML-N leadership.

Moreover, Punjab Chief Minster Shahbaz Sharif has a habit of directly inferring with the working bureaucracy & the Police department. And this is an old habit of the Sharif family.

These are some of the facts that cannot be denied unless of course people involved blatantly lie or deny the facts. What actually triggered the tragedy is still shrouded in mystery. But we have one thing (the gruesome video) that confirms that on August 15, monsters lynched to death 2 innocent boys of 15 & 17. Some people are still painting Muneeb & Mughees as robbers & that they shot Bilal & 3 other guys. There have been a couple of cases against Bilal. Anyone could have shot him. Muneeb & Mughees were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Even if it would be proved that Muneeb & Mughees are hard-core criminals, I will take their side, cause this is no way of killing humans. The crazy mob not just brutally killed them, but also insulted their dead bodies by hanging them upside down.

There is only one thing that I haven’t been able to understand…why Muneeb & Mughees were allowed to play cricket in that criminally infested area where crime rate was so high? Why did their parents allow kids of just 15 & 17 to visit that place every Sunday? They were just 15 & 17, not 25 & 27. How could any parent allow children to visit such places & that too every Sunday? Moreover, the media doesn’t also openly uncover the facts behind that cricket match fight.

Anyhow, the gruesome video is in itself an excellent evidence against all those monsters. All we need is a good prosecutor & the killers will be hanged for sure. Some people are demanding eye for an eye…now that is not possible. The law is not that blind. The guilty ones will inshaallah be punished.

Some people are saying that we should leave this to God. See, God also doesn’t give anything on a platter. Humans need to work hard. As my kid sister says that here God has already helped those 2 boys…the video has driven people mad. Lots of bad incidents have happened in Pakistan, but this is the 1^st time, that people are speaking against this brutality, because that video can neither be ignored nor forgotten.

Before I forget, cause it’s not that important…yesterday I saw Aashiq lady taking a U-turn on 50 minutes. I couldn’t believe my ears…few days ago, she said those boys were not nice & she was on the side of the villagers, but yesterday she had condemned that incident openly. I think it’s about time she should also give gold crown to Sania Mirza’s husband. She should have been fired the day she insulted Kashmaala on the national TV. I don’t understand why she’s still around…maybe they want her to make statements & then change her very statements after 2 days.

The mother & wife of Bilal were 100 % sure that Muneeb & Mughees killed Bilal & Zeeshan. And that people mentioned in the FIR were at the hospital, so they couldn’t have lynched Muneeb & Muhees. The mother repeated this a couple of times & that says a lot. If the villagers & the relatives of Bilal were not there, then who were those monsters? It’s very easy to buy witnesses any where in the world.

Killing of dogs in Karachi

Dogs are being killed on a daily basis in Karachi. And guns are being used to kill them. Not just adult dogs but also puppies including new born babies are being killed ruthlessly. They just want to wipe out dogs from this city.

DHA society came up with this idea in Lahore few years ago. In posh areas, they didn’t allow dogs & the only way to stop them was to shoot them. Most of the shooters aren’t even good shooters. Many a time, the animal suffers for too long & then he dies.

I used to give food to some dogs & their puppies. This year all those dogs & their pups were being shot. I don’t expect much change in this bloody system that doesn’t know any educated way of dealing with a problem, if stray dogs & their puppies are a problem, to begin with. Well that’s how I see it - humans are the ones who are torturing & brutally killing them! These are the posh areas where the minds of humans are totally plagued. Actually these minds are far worse than the garbage sites.

There is also this myth that dog is impure. So far I haven’t read it in the translation of the Quran. But I know that Caliph Omar said that even if a dog went hungry by the banks of the Euphrates the lord of the Hosts would hold him accountable on the Day of Judgment. I also know that there was this prostitute…she came across a thirsty dog by the riverside & she filled water for him from the river & fed him. It has been said that all her sins were forgiven & this incident was narrated by none other than the Holy Prophet (PBUH). By the way, the Holy Prophet also had cats as pets. These are the things which are never being mentioned.

Coming back to those killers & the ones who came up with this bright idea – naturally I don’t think much of them & I don’t want to understand them either. These are absurd rules & what hurts me the most is that no one even files a suit against such acts. In fact, when we say that strays are being treated badly & these killings are wrong - we always hear this rotten argument “But humans are killed in the same manner & you are talking about dogs & cats.”

Well the killing of any being is wrong & that includes both humans & animals. Just because animals can’t protest, it doesn’t make their murder any less of a crime. All those people who are involved in this crime…I would say why don’t they go & kill Taliban residing in Karachi. Oh no but where these fucking Afghanis live, even the police cannot enter in that area! I don’t know if people would ever wake up. I don’t know if there’s ever going to be a change. I’ve just reached the conclusion that humans are cowards. Even those who keep mum when these killings are going on are cowards. When you allow intruders to stay in your city & to kill you & to terrorize you in the name of something that they do not know of– yes, then you are a coward!

Most of you know that we look after some cats on a small scale & we have kept them as pets & everyone who is related to us or who is a friend or who knows us by any means…he/she always has this advice – why don’t you guys get rid of these dirty cats? They are making your house dirty. You guys have to clean the shit & all. What I’ve seen is that people themselves don’t do any good & if they see anyone else doing a little bit of good work – they also have the audacity to ask that person to stop it. Now I can’t expect anything of such people. I know for sure that they can’t protest for animals, & I’m very sorry to say if ever time would come, they won’t be able to protest for themselves.

I’m extremely sorry for humans – the elevated apes. They don’t have any idea as to what is compassion. If they had any, animals wouldn’t have been murdered & tortured. Since God doesn’t guide the ungodly, so I don’t know where is the solution & I don’t know if this atrocity could ever end.
